Abstract
The problem of protecting the health of mother and child is in the center of attention of scientists around the world. Congenital heart defects of the fetus are the most common malformation with a population frequency of 8-12 cases per 1000 newborns. The social side of the problem lies in the fact that congenital pathology of the cardiovascular system causes 50% of early neonatal and 20-25% perinatal mortality [26].
