Abstract
During the years when the Russian state was waging a war of aggression against the Khanate of Bukhara and Khiva, the Khanate of Kokan was going through a deep political and socio-economic crisis. By this time, regions of the khanate such as Okmachit, Turkestan, Sayram, Shymkent, Avliyota, Pishpak, Almaty, that is, almost half of the country, were occupied by Russia.
