Abstract
This article deals with the pedagogical and psychological mechanisms for the development of reflexive skills in future language teachers and determined the criteria for the development of professional reflexivity of teachers. In addition, author tries to reveal the possibilities of methodological work in the development of professional reflexivity of teachers of an educational organization.
